TERMS AND RETURNS
Any vehicle sold by us will only be released on cleared funds all deposits are none refundable unles previously agreed test drives strictly by appointment only,
Any costs incurred for a car that needs to be returned for any reason is strictly the customers responsibility.
Any vehicle purchased remotely ( a distance sale ) and In the event the customer has waived their right to view / inspect the vehicle and within 14 days wishes to reject the vehicle after having taken delivery of it- (See terms below )
Norwich Sports and Classics ltd . reserves the right to charge as follows- collection / delivery expenses at a cost price of (£1.35 per mile plus Vat) along with a £750 administration and restocking fee before a refund is issued.
Excessive miles (max 200 miles ) damage to the vehicle missing documentation etc will result in a reduced payout .
